Although most of us know about Robert Cialdini’s Principles of Influence, there a few questions that come to mind: How did he develop these principles? How did he test them? What exactly makes it a “science”? Before Robert studied and measured different strategies, he went on a mission, with the goal of understanding the different approaches of Influence. He spent three years undercover, changed his name, persona, and even the way he dressed. During this time, he applied for various jobs, observed the best of the best, and took training on how to convince others of the value of his employer’s offerings. Robert will present on the research he did that was powerful, but not yet popular at the time. What lessons can we learn from this and what can all of this mean for you and your speaking business? This session will answer all the above and much more!
