Although most of us know about Robert Cialdini’s Principles of Influence, there a few questions that come to mind: How did he develop these principles? How did he test them? What exactly makes it a “science”? Before Robert studied and measured different strategies, he went on a mission, with the goal of understanding the different approaches of Influence. He spent three years undercover, changed his name, persona, and even the way he dressed.
