National Speakers Association Announces 2009-10 Board Officers

(TEMPE, Ariz. -- August 4, 2009) The National Speakers Association (NSA), the leading organization for professional speakers, elected four of its 2009-10 NSA Board of Directors to officer positions at the 2009 NSA Convention in Phoenix, Ariz.

Kristin Arnold, CSP, MBA, CPF, CMC, of Scottsdale, Ariz., assumes the president-elect position; Laura Stack, CSP, MBA, of Highlands Ranch, Colo., was elected vice president; Ron Karr, CSP, of Westwood, NJ, assumes the treasurer position; and Ronald P. Culberson, CSP, MSW, of Herndon, Va., was elected secretary.

Arnold is a high-stakes meeting facilitator, trainer and keynote speaker. She has worked with senior executives, project managers and team leaders, challenging their traditional notions about teamwork. Arnold is on the Executive Development Faculty in the Schulich School of Business at York University in Toronto. She is the author of several books in the Extraordinary Team series as well as a newspaper columnist and contributing author to a myriad of other team-based books and publications such as The IAF Handbook of Group Facilitation, Harvard Business Update, USA Today and Selling Power. She also served as 2001-02 President of the Downtown Hampton (Virginia) Development Partnership.

Stack is a personal productivity expert who helps busy professionals achieve Maximum Results in Minimum Time®.
